Diagnose a website not loading

Find whether the issue is the browser, DNS, server or internet link.

1. Read the exact browser error and test another known website on the same device.
2. Try the page in a private window and on a second network such as mobile data.
3. If only one website fails everywhere, check its hosting and DNS status rather than changing the user’s device.
4. For your own site, verify domain records, certificate validity, server logs and the most recent deployment.
