Fix an offline printer

Restore printing over USB, Wi-Fi or a local network.

1. Confirm the printer is powered on, has no paper or ink error, and is connected to the same network as the computer.
2. Clear only failed jobs from the print queue, then restart both printer and computer.
3. Remove and add the printer again through system settings if its address or connection changed.
4. Install the current driver or utility from the printer manufacturer when the generic driver lacks features.
