Fix an app that will not open

Use a safe sequence before reinstalling an application.

1. Close the app fully in Task Manager or the device’s recent-app view, then reopen it.
2. Restart the device and check for both application and operating-system updates.
3. Use the app’s Repair or Reset option if available, preserving documents and settings where possible.
4. Back up app data, then reinstall from the official store or publisher only if simpler steps fail.
